Can't find any good dagger. The more i lvl up, so the mobs, but not my gear so i can less and less kill them effectivly. my dagger are both lvl 40... Can't find better ones.. I tried rerolls and stuff;.. nothing so far. I'm using the shield (that) is totaly broken, shout mark of impurity and slayers fury.

The cantrips will be Booming Blade and Shocking Grasp, and it really doesn't matter what you take for your 1st level spell. Level 1-3, we take some rogue levels. Now, we can run away from people who want hugs, and we'll take swashbuckler to be able to run away better. Now, you can dash in, Booming Blade, and rush out. Apr 19, 2019  Blade of the Ruined King is just overtuned at the moment. The item has a lot of cool identities - dueling item, mild tank buster, early power spike - and we want to make sure to preserve them. However, since it’s already letting buyers win trades via damage, allowing them to heal up so easily afterwards just adds insult to injury. Booming Blade and 'movement' Does the booming damage occur only if the creature moves as in using its movement speed OR does it take the damage if it does anything that is movement such as making an attack, using an item, etc. Feb 09, 2019  Green Flameblade and Booming Blade use a melee weapon attack as part of the casting. As you are level nine you get the level 8 feature for arcana clerics, letting you add your wisdom mod to your cantrips. Which does stack with GFB and BB (not Shillelagh) giving you the following with Shillelagh active: GFB: To hit +8. Blade Pact: 2.(1d8+4+5) = 27 average dmg. Eldricht Blast: 3.(1d10+5) = 31.5 average dmg. Booming Blade + Shillegah: 3d8+5 = 18.5 if no movement and 6d8+5 = 32 average otherwise. It's pretty good If you're stuck in melee and you don't want to EB at disadvantage. Nov 27, 2017 The best answer is A - since Booming Blade does not require a somatic component (SCAG, p.142), a caster does not require a free hand while casting it, but does require a free hand to access the spell's material component (SRD, p.102).

I know it's no so optimised. So if there anybody running a fast rift build with duable blade. I need advice

Thanks

@JeremyECrawford Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade can't be used with whip at 10 feet reach… RAI?

— Jacob Matthews (@NADRIGOL) November 2, 2015

The booming blade and green-flame blade cantrips intentionally have a range of 5 feet. #DnDhttps://t.co/ckMMxmNowp

@DaganevIs Green-Flame Blade intentionally unable to take advantage of the Whip’s reach property? The spell does, indeed, have a range of 5 feet.

— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) November 8, 2015

@jprepo1@Daganev I am quite confused why the spell was designed this way, in a way that punishes users of reach weapons A reach weapon interacts with the spell the same way a non-reach melee weapon does: by targeting someone 5 feet away.

— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) January 9, 2016

@jprepo1@Daganevsorry, I guess I’m confused, I read the tweet to mean the cantrip couldn’t be used with reach due to range The spell targets someone 5 ft. away, and a reach weapon can target someone 5 ft. away.

— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) January 9, 2016

@JeremyECrawford@Daganev damn character limits, whip has 10ft, but need to be w/in 10ft of target to use whip w/, say, green flame blade

@jprepo1@Daganevok, have a disappointed whip using blade singer to show this to. Thanks for the response, To be 100 percent clear, a whip does work with the spell at a 5 ft. range.

— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) January 9, 2016

@jprepo1@Daganev got it, just doesnt work at the 10ft of the whip due to the 5ft range limit on the spell? That's correct.

Free

@JeremyECrawford What if he had the Spell Sniper feat? The spell requires an attack roll, would its range thus be 10ft, allowing the whip?

Spell Sniper does work green-flame blade. #DnDhttps://t.co/6tuswXB53e
