Let me elaborate my answer.
Rolls still cost very little stamina. We are playing BB without dashes.
Useless Poise if it even exist.
Still no stamina regen tied to equip burden.
Ds3 No Armor More Dmg Codes
Still most invasions are ganks.
There is still during a invasions Estus chugging for everyone.
A lack of PvP tech. The only useful one is buffering running attacks.
Lack of build diversity. Quality is the most effective one, the other ones are in severe disadvantage. Even with a Sharp and Heavy Infusion, they can't compete with Refined.
The Defense-weight ratio of heavy armor is very bad.
Most of the rings are useless.
Most of the magic spells are underpowered.
Most of the buffs are useless (SO, DP, PW, etc.)
Luck doesn't affect bleed in a significant enough way.
Poison does very low amount of dmg per tick.
Magic users are punished with 3 rings (2 dmg ones and 1 speed one) to be 'effective'.
What they have done since the last time you posted here.
They modified the AR of some weapons, the ones that are meta. Most are still meta so whatever.
They modified the scaling of some weapons to make them usable for hybrid builds. This was good. This is by far the best they have done.
Ds3 No Armor More Dmg 1
Some inescapable combos (R1 + WA + something on most cases) were patched.
They buffed the tracking, speed and dmg of some spells. The buff was good for some spells but most spells are still bad. Chaos Storm still does 300 dmg and takes forever to be casted even with a Sage +2.
Some glitches were patched. The duplication one doesn't exist anymore and the air walking glitch will disappear soon.

They improved the summoning of the Darkmoon covenant and Blue Sentinels.Hornet Ring got a very complicated nerf.
Cestus parry frames got a nerf.
